This was my first home buying experience and I knew very little of the process from beginning to end. When
I first talked to Johnnie, he spent about 2 hours over the phone explaining all the little details of what we were
getting ready to do and how we would proceed. He spent quite a long time trying to get an understanding of
the home type and style we were looking for.

When my wife and I had decided on the home's we had wanted to see, we realized how quickly the market
was moving and ended up calling Johnnie randomly one evening and planned a spur of the moment house
visitation and Johnnie made it happen immediately despite being in the middle of dinnertime.

Needless to say, that was the house we ended up purchasing. He then stated guiding me through the next
portion of the purchasing experience and was checking in with me regularly to ensure we were on the same
